Last updated: July 28, 2025
1. Introduction
Kruse Media LLC ("adtable.ai", "we", "our", or "us") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you access or use our software-as-a-service platform (“Service”). By using adtable.ai, you agree to the terms described below.
2. What We Collect
Account & Billing Information
When you sign up, we collect your name, email address, and payment details (via Stripe), including your billing address.
Template Data & API Keys
We store data related to the Airtable base templates we provide as part of the Service. However, we do not store or access the data you input into your own Airtable bases unless explicitly required for troubleshooting or support. We store API keys securely to allow integration with supported platforms.
Connected Services
When you connect third-party services such as Meta Ads, Make.com, Google Sheets, or Slack, we store encrypted access tokens (via Supabase) to enable automation and sync functionality.
Support Data
If you reach out via email, chat, Loom, or other support channels, we may collect the information you share to help solve your issues.
We do not currently track usage data such as IP address, browser type, or interaction events on the platform.
3. How We Use Information
We use your data to:
Provide and operate the Service
Authenticate and authorize your access
Enable automations with your connected platforms
Handle customer support
Process payments and subscriptions
We do not currently use customer data to improve our product or generate anonymized insights.
4. Legal Bases for Processing (GDPR)
If you are located in the EU or UK, our legal bases include:

Our legitimate interests (e.g., security and access control)
Your consent, where applicable (e.g., third-party integrations)
5. International Data Transfers
We operate primarily in the United States. If we transfer your data internationally, we use appropriate safeguards like Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) as required by law.
6. Sharing & Disclosure
We do not sell your data. We only share it when necessary to:
Process payments (e.g., via Stripe)
Host and run our services (e.g., with cloud providers)
Integrate with tools you've connected (e.g., Meta, Airtable, Make.com, Google, Slack)
Comply with legal obligations
7. Platform-Specific Disclosures
Meta Marketing API
We use the Meta Marketing API to allow you to create and manage ads. You may revoke access at any time through your Meta Business settings.
Airtable API
We store Airtable tokens and access only the bases you explicitly authorize. Tokens are encrypted via Supabase.
Google API
If you connect Google Sheets, we request limited access to specific spreadsheet ranges. We do not use this data to train any generalized AI systems. Our use complies with Google’s API Services User Data Policy.

10. Security
Access tokens and API keys are encrypted at rest via Supabase. We rely on industry-standard infrastructure but do not currently perform formal penetration tests or vulnerability scans, and we have not independently verified encryption methods beyond Supabase's built-in practices.
11. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to:
Access, correct, or delete your data
